ACHARIYA's flagship parent-enablement initiative. Recognizes that educational transformation in the classroom is unsustainable without empathetic, conscious support in the family living room.

Conceived and designed by Dr. J. Arawindhan since 2000; codified, tested, and scaled across campuses through the ACHARIYA Centre of Excellence (CoE) and faculty development academies.
3 & 4. Operational Mechanics & Core Principles
- Workshops in Happy Parenting, Power Parenting, and Parenting Styles analysis.
- Rich Mom and Enriching Mom/Dad community sessions.
